In this post, we have compiled a complete list of All the forty-six (46) government-accredited public Colleges of Education (CoE) in Ghana and their affiliated Universities. The public Colleges of Education admission forms will be available for sale at various branches of the Consolidated Bank Ghana. The admission form can be accessed by dialing the shortcode *924*8#.

Admission requirements to any of these Teacher training institutions has been uploaded HERE. We have also compiled a step by step approach on how a prospective applicant (WASSCE and SSCE) holders can fill out their COE Application online by taking into consideration the admission deadline.

Is E8 accepted in teacher training?
Grades D7 and E8 are not accepted into admission into any of the 46 Teacher training institutions in Ghana. Prospective Applicants seeking admission into a college of education attain grade A1-C6 in all subjects, especially in the three core subjects.

 

How to apply to the COE as an Awaiting Student?

Click on the APPLY NOW link
Select AWAITING RESULTS from the registration type drop down
Enter the Personal Identification Number and the Admission Application Serial Number.
Then Click on the login button
Follow the steps outlined below to fill the Teacher Training application forms online easily.
How to fill out a COE form online to Colleges of Education?
Find below easy steps for applying on the Colleges of Education portal.

 

1. Supply your card information and ensure you keep the card safely for subsequent login.

2. Click ‘Login’ to start applying.

3. Fill the Application form and supply all required details, as well as attaching a passport picture.

4. An applicant’s passport picture should be in JPG or JPEG format and must not exceed 40KB in size.
5. Click ‘Preview’ button to do any of the following:
a. Click the ‘Edit’ button to modify your application.

b. Click ‘Save and Continue later button’ to save your application form for the option of coming back at a later time to edit.

c. Click ‘Submit and Print Confirmation’ to complete your online application.

d. After clicking on ‘Submit and Print Confirmation’, click the ‘Print Form’ button to print the Confirmation Page.

 

6. Keep your printed Confirmation Page safe. You will require your Application Form Number

shown on the page to check your admission status and also print your admission letter.

7. Click on the ‘Close’ to go back to the login page.

8. Each Applicant is required to print two copies each of his/her confirmation page and attach his/her results slip(s) and any other documents deemed important and forward the same by post to the College of Education applied to. Failure to do so, means application won’t be processed

9. Quote your Application Reference/Form Number on your envelope.
